Product Overview:
This machine adopts mechatronic design, with a neat and elegant appearance. It is a precision equipment for process performance testing of metal sheets and strips. It can use the national standard GB/T 4156-2020 "Metallic Materials Sheet and Strip Erichsen Cupping Test" to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips during the test.
Main features of the equipment: computer setting, automatic loading, automatic shutdown after the test is completed. The computer automatically displays parameters such as clamping force value, punching force value, cupping value, punching speed, and limit hole expansion rate.
This machine is mainly used for cupping test of copper plates with a thickness of 4mm.
