Product introduction:
1) It adopts electronic electric loading, high-precision sensor, and has a unique closed-loop control system, which automatically compensates for each force.
2) Italian body design, large sample space, can place large samples.
3) Wide range of force value, from 62.5-3000Kgf, 10 kinds of Brinell scales, which can be customized by users.
4) Automatic turret, automatic loading, automatic unloading, no manual focus after loading.
5) The Z-axis lifts automatically. After placing the sample, press the test button, the sample automatically rises, and starts to load automatically after touching the indenter. After automatic unloading, the turret automatically turns to the test position, and the Z-axis automatically focuses on the focal plane, and then proceeds test.
6) The eyepiece structure with a digital encoder measures D1 and D2 values, and the LCD directly displays the hardness value and D1 and D2 values.
7) It can be calibrated according to standard hardness blocks or length scales.
8) The test force can be automatically corrected by the standard force gauge.
9) It can convert between Rockwell and Vickers hardness values.
